                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH DBM & ASSOCIATES, 
                   RELATIVE TO PUBLIC RELATIONS EDUCATIONAL 
                   SERVICES FOR CHATTANOOGA'S DUAL BLUE BAG 
                   RECYCLING PROGRAM, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO 
                   EXCEED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED 
                   SEVENTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($27,478.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with DMB & Associates, relative to public relations 
       educational services for Chattanooga's Dual Blue Bag Recycling 
       Program, for an amount not to exceed $27,478.00.
